I was able to surprise my husband with a gift certificate to be pampered for his 40th birthday! 🎉 We had an incredible experience — the service was amazing, and my guy left feeling and looking great after that look treatment. So thankful for this place — the perfect gift idea! Customer service was on point, everyone was so friendly, and they truly made him feel special. 🙌

I originally signed up for their $69/month membership and went in for manicure and pedicure services about 6–7 times. The staff were always polite, but the quality of the services was consistently low. During my last visit, the technician seemed unwell and did a very poor job, which ultimately led me to cancel my membership. I tried canceling through their website multiple times, each time receiving a message that someone would contact me—but no one ever did. I eventually found an email address and reached out. I was told my membership would be canceled and that I’d be refunded for the months I was still charged. While the membership now shows as canceled on their website, I never received the refund. I’ve emailed them numerous times since with no response, and I’m now having to consider

Lu Lu did my manicure and pedicure. She is friendly and does a great job. My feet felt amazing when she was finished. Christian gave a perfect haircut. I was very comfortable while there and will be going back for more of the same often.

I had an amazing experience at Hammer & Nails, thanks to Zoe! She did an outstanding job cutting my hair. She was attentive, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The entire service at Hammer & Nails felt top-notch, from the atmosphere to the professional care. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to make sure you feel relaxed and well taken care of. I took my Father to the Hammer and Nail - Aurora location for his birthday. And where do I start other than with the words AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL. From the time that my father walked in until he left he was not only treated like a king for his birthday. But the service was impeccable thank you to the staff at the front desk. Thank you Mike for making my Fathers beard look extra sharp and his skin flawless !!! Well done!!
