The Aurora Inn Hotel & Event Center

We had such an amazing experience at Aurora Inn! First of all we made our reservation through Sarah Rings who exhibited peak professionalism! Then we'd never been to the town before but it's so cute to drive through & the Inn fits the vibe & feeling of the town. The character of the outside to walking in the front door & the ambiance of the lobby then the upstairs sitting area with the fireplace... so cozy! We were greeted warmly by the friendly Dayton who we had a pleasant conversation with & then she directed us to our beautiful room. All I can say is WOW! the room was stunning & so comfortable & clean & the finishings are so updated...I want this to be my bedroom! We got in late & asked Dayton about the bar well she ran to our room to tell us that it was last call & that she told the

We spent the weekend at the Aurora Inn for a 4 generation family staycation. We could not have picked a more lovely place to spend our time together. The rooms were well appointed, spacious, comfortable , and very clean. The kids had a blast at the indoor pool!!!! (Also, very clean and well kept) Tavern 56 knocked it out of the park for dinners and lunches both Friday and Saturday. You must try the lobster bisque and crab cakes, just wow! And we can’t say enough about the friendly staff, from the moment we checked in till the moment we walked out the door Sunday afternoon. Smiles, warm hospitality and helping hands. Oh, and the drinks in the bar are top notch, try the Dunbar old fashioned!! Special thank you to Ericka, Steve, Chelsea and most of all Franz for making this the perfect winter

Id like to start off that restaurant and the restaurant staff were wonderful. I would return but...| When I originally arrived to check in. I was greeted with a bit of attitude and facial expressions by the receptionist. The person that is the face of the establishment. You are the first person we see. | She acted as I was bothering her. I did see an event, I assumed she was stressed and brushed it off. We all have bad days. | I asked a few question and was not informed and pointed to the stairs for my room. I handed her my ID and bank card. I held my hand out to get it back and she reached past my hand and set it down. Everything about her was unprofessional and her hospitality was nil. || We enjoyed dinner, the Hostess was great, our waiter was ok. The food was decent. || We decided

We chose the Aurora Inn for a very special family weekend event. We couldn’t have been treated more like family by the staff while we were there. It felt like a home away from home. EVERYONE was wonderful, helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The inn itself is beautiful, comfortable, and elegant. You absolutely MUST stay here. I’m ready to move in.

We recently had a family weekend at The Aurora Inn. I can’t say enough, how impressed I was with the cleanliness of our rooms, The welcome from the front desk, The courtesy and service in the dining room, The delicious food and drink in the 56 Tavern restaurant located in the Inn, and a beautiful indoor swimming pool that my grandchildren and great grandchildren enjoyed so much. The very comfortable seating around the fireplace just off the lobby entrance was just the place to sit and have some quiet conversations. Thank you to the manager, Franz Bauer And all your staff. And in just the week that’s passed by since our stay, I’ve recommended it to two of my doctors, Into several friends.
