I had a great shopping experience last week in this store. Leaving out of town I needed a blush that I couldn’t find. I asked Nancy for help and she went above and beyond. After checking the stock she said there was 2 but not in the back. She checked every shelf and found one, after not giving up. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. Thank you!

My daughter decided she wanted to get her ears pierced and couldn’t stop talking about it, so I made an afternoon Saturday appointment and we drove an hour to the Auburn Ulta. The fear really started setting in, and waiting at the station for the worker to come out only made it worse. Another worker (worker #1) would pop in to say the piercer (worker #2) would be out soon, adding that we could always come back another time if my daughter didn’t want to do it today. This happened twice while waiting. My daughter went back and forth on it, and I completely understand not feeling comfortable doing the service for her. I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at Ulta. When we got there the lady was behind schedule, but once she got to Trinity it was super quick and easy. Trinity loves her new earrings and the women did an amazing job.

Easy shopping trip, the store layout is nice and everything is clean. Great checkout experience, Liberty was very helpful! Thank you girl!

Walked in, two employees were at cashier counter talking, did not greet me . Typically when you walk in the staff always acknowledges customers with a hello or welcome in. Do better
