Ritual Therapeutic's office was warm and inviting. I had such a wonderful relaxing and restorative massage with Laura! I loved that she listened to me, and was able to give my body what it was needing. I left feeling nurtured, calm and balanced.

Brooke Poletti is simply The Best. She has the knowledge and background in bodywork that only someone who loves it, and has been (happily!) doing it for a very long time can claim. I see Brooke every other week, and her massages are my gift to myself: somehow, she knows where all the trouble spots are, even better than I do! I’m so pleased she decided to set up on High St. in Auburn—not only is she a fantastic body worker, she’s only 7 miles away from my house, and, through the entire time I’ve been seeing her, I have felt better after my massage, every single time—it’s been so long; I’m not even sure how long she’s been “my” bodyworker—I am just so grateful she is, and that she opened Ritual Therapeutics on High St. (across the street from my dentist! This is the second time I’ve booked an appointment for a massage with Ashley. She is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She recommended some exercises along with a couple pieces of equipment to pick up on Amazon for some issues I’ve been having with my leg. Highly recommend Ashley/Ritual Therapeutics.

I had an excellent experience! The infrared sauna, massage, facial, and salt therapy felt great! Prior to my massage I had lower back pain, and the pain has subsided. I enjoy going to Brooke for my massages and can’t wait until my next visit!
