Nothing like having a spa afternoon with your girl. We braved the fire and ice together. Not gonna lie I loved the fire vs the ice. I would definitely go back! I also want to try the float experience. Wellness for the body is key. Highly recommend.

Booking online was easy and I was able to schedule my massage on short notice. The facility was clean, I was greeted quickly, and my massage therapist was on time. Lena was fantastic! Just the right amount of deep tissue in the really knotted spots. I felt extremely relaxed and so much less muscle tension after. I highly recommend her for effective tissue work that is not too painful!

The location is a bit out of the way for me, but it's worth my time and effort. It's thoroughly relaxing. The lights and music are wonderful. I appreciate the dedicated space in the back to enjoy a cup of tea, color or whatever you want. You don't feel like you need to rush off when you session is complete. It gives you time to integrate your session before you hit the road. Even better when you can go with a friend.
