I cannot say enough good things about Natalie, the lead cashier at Ulta Asheville. She is truly amazing, professional, incredibly kind, and consistently goes out of her way to help every single time I’m in the store. Natalie treats every customer fabulously and thoughtfully reminds people to check their app for available discounts, which is such a generous and customer-centered touch. I’ve watched her provide the same level of care and enthusiasm to customers of all ages (including the youngest skincare enthusiasts) whether they’re making a big purchase or just picking up a $5 item. She makes everyone feel valued. From this customer’s perspective, Natalie is the absolute best and a true asset to Ulta. Shopping is always better when she’s there!

Put an online order in at 8 AM. I knew the store doesn’t open until 11 but I also know they get to the store before 11 so I assumed my order would be done sometime around noon. When it wasn’t, I called just to double check (anpp was messing up) and they said on the phone that it it’s still processing (but even they sounded confused) but they’ll get right on it. It still took until after one, and then one of my items was canceled. I only had three items so I decided to just cancel the order. I was unable to do so online so I called the store to do it. Whoever I was on the phone with said she canceled it. I should get a confirmation immediately and then she just hung up on me. No goodbye. No nothing. :/ I no did not get a confirmation immediately. Staff were so nice ! My sister doesn't get out much and was feeling insecure being in a makeup store without any and with such beautiful people around. The staff chatted us up and made her feel comfortable ! Really appreciate it !!!

Katy and Emily both are amazing!! Highly recommended! My hair has never looked BETTER - The prices are reasonable compared to others and you always get options 🙂
