Be cautious! I went to the Apex location looking for Dermablend. We used a few testers, and a customer and employee were looking at the proactive next to us. The customer grabbed a box and noticed it was expired (5/2025). The employee said “oh that’s weird”, and walked away. I looked at one of the testers I used on my childs scar. It expired 10/2022. Almost, if not all are expired. The employee said “Oh yea”. I asked if they had something else because the Dermabled didn’t work well, and she said “no, and it’s probably because it expired 3 years ago”. Definitely check dates before buying anything from here, expired makeup can definitely be risky.

I've had a consistently bad experience at this store, which I don't really think is due to the saleswomen - everyone on the floor that I've spoken to seems eager to help. MAC girls have ALWAYS been super on top of everything, and I'm always so glad that they are there. There is something going on within management. No one at the register seems able to do anything without pulling up someone else, etc. it is a huge drag to have to actually check out. When I pull into the parking lot, I wonder if I have the time to stand in line to spend 30 minutes speaking to a cashier. I hate online orders, but I feel like it's my best option at this point.

Malavika and Gloria at Ulta were amazing. I had a last minute wedding emergency and they went so far above and beyond to help me with everything. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about finding the right solutions fast. Because of them, I walked out feeling relieved and confident. Thank you both so much.

I have been to so many Ultas and this store is by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ashton and Karan were a dream team with their knowledge and care, spending so much time helping me find the right shades. They worked well together and seemed to really love what they do! Marvel, the GM, was wonderful also. So impressed and will always be sure to come back to this store.

Got my hair done with Becca and she killed it. I was a bit nervous because my natural hair is so curly but the results were great. I got a regular blowout and she added mousse for volume and some curls to end it off. Highly recommend!!
