Easily the best and most thorough massage I have had in years. Gail provided the perfect amount of pressure while also making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She was excellent at stretching all the tight muscles I had while also working out every knot she found. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending her to all my friends and family.

Every massage therapist should get regular massages. I do. Gail is truly a "massage therapist's therapist." I've been seeing her for almost 2 years, and recently experienced the 90-minute "Thai oil/Customized massage" with back walking and stretching at her new location in Apex. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and I know I dozed off a few times. Despite being a in a physically demanding career, with daily scoliosis and sciatic pain, I walked out today pain-free. A good therapist is worth a drive. Gail's expertise is worth the 35 minute drive for me. It's great to have such a quality therapist in Wake County.
