Bodywork Connections

The atmosphere at Bodywork Connections is peaceful and relaxing and the staff make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The massages reduce pain, increase range of motion, and reduce stress. Sessions are for the full time indicated, not like at many places where a 60 minute massage is really 45- 50 minutes to allow for changing out and back into clothing. The staff listen to all of your comments regarding specific problem areas. I first made an appointment after an auto accident with Sara due to a referral from a physician. Sara was on vacation and I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks and I was hesitant to try anyone else because of the referral for Sara. The staff made the appointment and encouraged me to call if I found I wanted to come before my appointment with Sara.

I was rear ended by a tractor trailer on interstate - my vehicle was totalled and I incurred extensive soft tissue injuries. I started seeing Sara immediately and started the long road to recovery. Sara is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely caring. She truly cares about how you are feeling and uses her extensive experience to maximize your treatment. I am pain free now, thanks to Sara....I wouldn't have wanted to go through that journey with anyone else. Honestly can not say enough wonderful things about her - and her staff. Highly highly recommend!!!

I have been seeing Sara Toogood for several months now and am very pleased with her service. I have seen many massage therapists in the past and I feel the benefits of Sara's work longer after each visit than anyone I've seen before her. She helped me with a knee issue I had been having for months, and now I am back out doing the things I love to do. Sara is great and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

Bodywork Connections has fantastic, caring Massage Therapists and I've been a client there for 3+ years. Sara Toogood sets the bar for other massage therapists in my opinion, she's truly exceptional in her craft. I suffer from chronic migraines and Sara is magnificent at helping relieve stress and address problem areas in my neck and shoulders that can be a trigger for my migraines. She's attentive to my problem areas and I always feel the difference when I've gone to her. I've joined their monthly program and regularly get in to see her every 4 weeks - what a difference it has made! I now have my husband going monthly to Sara for general stress relief massage as well! We're hooked! I also want to mention that occasionally I've also seen Kate Launer and she's exceptional too! Great

I discovered Sara Toogood at Body Works connections 7 years ago. Sara has helped me achieve a pain free life again. She is the best massage therapist I have ever worked with, hands down. Recently, she worked in conjunction with my physical therapist following my shoulder surgery to help get me past a road block in my recovery. I just can't say enough great things about her. In 7 years over visiting her every 3-4 weeks, I have never been dissappointed.
