I got dip powder and loved it! Very clean, they make sure your nails are perfect and do not rush at all, and overall give a really great experience! Really nice people as well.

So kind and inviting, I switched to this place because they have given me the best nails ever and at a better price! I've never had french tips and that is all I asked for with no further instruction and they perfected it!

U Nails Salon is truly the best in the Mystic area! The owners are incredibly kind and caring, and every visit feels like a treat. My appointments always start on time, and the technicians are meticulous, professional, and attentive to every detail. The salon itself is spotless, peaceful, and welcoming—such a calming atmosphere. I always leave feeling relaxed and uplifted. I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Pedicure experience was 10/10! Hot towels on our backs and laps (never seen that before), didn’t try to upsell, exfoliant stuff pre nails and nice lotion massage post, leg warmers so you aren’t cold in your floppy flip flops in the winter (never seen that either), ~free~ mini lotion at check out, and the nail are beautiful of course!

I just have to say hands down this is the best nail salon I have ever been to!! The staff is very friendly and professional, as soon as you are seated you get a heating pad for your back. This salon does their nails a little bit different, I get gel and when I got my first set from here I was surprised that they didn't glue tips on to my nails! This salon uses the stickers and builds the nail on top of that so no pesky nail sperating from the tip because it wasn't glued down all the way! The other thing is this salon has done any request I have asked. I'm very simple and minimalistic. I have started to want to do the clear building gel instead of the pink, no other salon would grant my request, this salon did.
