Superb experience. Today was my first visit and Frank was extremely personable and thorough. He made sure I was completely happy with the color I chose and took his time to find the correct shade when the one I chose wasn’t exactly what I wanted. He did an amazing job from start to finish and the shoulder massage at the end of my service was the cherry on top! Will definitely be a return customer. Easily the best salon experience I’ve had in Connecticut.

Literally love this place! Everyone is friendly, communicative, and wants to make sure you like your nails! I came in with a design and didn’t know if it would work on my super short nails and they made it work and it looks amazing. I’ve never been this happy and excited about how good my nails look! They also do great shoulder massages while your nails dry!

The results definitely look good but are absolutely not okay if you are particular about what you want, I selected a color that was nearly identical to my natural nail, and requested a specific shape for the extensions which I had just watched them do on my sister who was getting the same service and got an entirely different shade and different shape. So my very subtle nails are now going to look nearly white. Edit to add, the nails started separating from my natural nail in less than a week, and they filed too far into my natural nail so there is a visible dent at the bottom of all of them

Nail Time & Spa is by far the best sets I’ve ever had. These are both gel x and lasted me a month each. They are efficient, sanitary, and extremely kind! They worked with me to get the exact design that I wanted, they communicate with you through the whole process. I’m from Cape Cod MA and I will continue to drive the 2.5 hours to come here for my manicures.

This was my first time coming here and I had a great experience. Kay did my builder gel and gel manicure and she was meticulous, it came out so nice. Steven did my pedicure and he also did a fantastic job. Overall seems like a lot of regulars that come back here. It’s also very clean and peaceful. This will probably be my new go to place.
