Barber primarily does business by appointments only, pertaining too I he has been 30 minutes late every time with cutting my hair. One Friday he cut my hair intoxicated and made a line up error on my hair cut. The final straw ad a regular customer was when I made another appointment and I came in , Ty stated there was another customer ahead of me, while another customer was in the chair. Unprofessional. Also does not ask you before making minor hair adjustments.

I cannot recommend Ty enough! I really appreciate his personality and the craftsmanship of his haircuts. Not many people take the time to do their best work on every person like Ty.

I'm in Cleveland on a touring gig. I went to the shop in person. They showed me and my friend the door because we didn't have an appointment and handed us a card, that has waaaaay too much art work and not enough business information. Mind you, there was ONE PERSON in the chair. Now, a first impression is a lasting impression, but after I got out of a long tech rehearsal on Tues, 10:40ish, yes it's late and they are closed, I figured I'd call and leave a message...turns out I get Ty. It's his cell. I start to apologize and then I get interrupted with a rude , "I'm with my family and it's after business hours." *click*. Alright, well...Clearly this barbershop doesn't want nor need my business and that's fine with me. I'm sure you give a great cut, but be mindful on how you treat people.
