Cilia Lash & Brow Academy

I booked a lash appointment with Celia Lash Academy and paid a deposit. On my confirmation screen, I was given a location to go to — when I arrived, that address had clearly been closed for years. I then searched on Google and went to their new listed location, which was also closed. There was nobody inside, and it looked abandoned. I tried calling the phone number provided. They answered once, then immediately turned their phone off. Since then, I’ve received no response at all and they already took my deposit. This experience felt extremely unprofessional and misleading. If this business is no longer operating at these locations, customers should be informed. Right now, it feels like a scam. I would not recommend booking here.

Last week, I was lucky enough to receive a newer brow technique, nanobrows, with Amber! I have been following Amber’s business ig @ciliabrow for some time now and I’ve always been fascinated by all of her work! I have CONSISTENTLY struggled with my eyebrows being so sparse- I could never leave the house without filling them in (so much wasted time and money). At the beginning of my appt, when I had first arrived, I noticed how cute the studio was. More importantly, it was very clean! But let me tell you, she did some AMAZING work! She knew how to professionally shape my brows to my face and determine what color would best suit me! The session only took about 2ish hours and there was little to no pain- just some tenderness towards the end, but nothing one couldn’t handle! For nanobrows, the

Lashes were done by Amber and she did an amazing job - instant confidence boost & I loved them. Also, it’s nearly a few weeks later and they are holding up very well! I highly recommend! Update: After I booked my last appointments months back she messaged me several times to change it and eventually stopped responding. I had already paid a deposit for my next fill, but she essentially disappeared. Wouldn’t recommend for these purposes.

I am a person that you would never expect to go and have something like this done. ( I had micro blading and shading done to my eyebrows) I am very minimal. I’m 40, still young, but not getting any younger! However my old mindset of minimal can’t keep up anymore with my aging face. I have been researching getting this done, but thought it was something I would never do. I had a colleague overhear me talking about getting my brows done. Her brows looked amazing so I thought don’t think just do. I pulled the trigger fast and just made the appointment. Meeting Amber for the first time, I could tell how warm and inviting she was.
