The shop has a beautiful setting, its comfortable and laid out nicely. The staff are professional and very talented as well. All of the staff have nice personalities and great customer service to match. LV is my stylist and slays my hair every time. She does my nails too.

Never going back. Nail teach was extremely rude and unprofessional. She criticized everything I said and ridiculed every ordiment I suggested. Took her 30 minutes to get started and 3 hours to finish. To busy talking to the BF on the phone. Face Timing her daughter and ordering her young son around the shop. I couldn't get the length, color or shape I provided a picture of. Her design had flaws and I could've used another coat of polish instead of looking streaky. She ultimately did whatever she wanted to do and felt like it made sense when I was left to walk around feeling very slighted.

Jerrod did my hair two weeks ago. Since my daughter paid to get my hair done. She told Jerrod to give me a short Bob with a swoop bang and layered feathered cut. My bang was not swoop and I did not get the feathered layered that was instructed by my daughter to Jerrod. And he was rough, like he was mad about thing. I'm surprised that I did not leave with a headache. If you are all in your feelings, that's okay. We all be that sometimes. Just don't do someone hair any kind of way, because you are not feeling it today.😐

So last night I went to situations hair and nail salon and I guess they do not believe in client satisfaction... It doesnt matter if I'm a stylist... If i come to you saying i take pictures the next day my curls suppose to last... Not fall out in 35 minutes... Ppl need to learn products!!!! Idc if you had to use hella holding spray then for me to contact u and you respond im a stylist i should be able to fix it... Thats not the point... I could've did it if that was the case... Then say just dont book with u..
