I had the best time at twinkle everyone was so kind Elaine is the best receptionist very bubbly and shared some delicious food with me and other customers too. Jessie did my hands exactly as I wanted and was a great listener so sweet, timmy did my toes also great guy! Overall12/10 my new fave spot they finished quickly too!

I’ve been going to this salon for a while and I usually get gel, which I’ve been happy with. This time I decided to get regular polish for the first time. While I was still at the salon, everything looked fine. However, shortly after leaving, the polish started forming bubbles and looked raised and uneven, as you can see in the photo. It also dried poorly around my cuticles. The same issue happened on my toenails. I noticed the person added acetone to the polish bottle because it seemed dry, shook it, and continued using it. I believe this may have affected the result. Unfortunately, I had to remove the polish as soon as I got home and redo it myself, so I ended up paying over $70 for something I couldn’t keep even for 10 mins… I’m disappointed because I’ve had good experiences here befo

Nina gave me a PERFECT Gel mani! 🏆 Shape, coverage, thickness, and cute hand drawn plaid design. 💅🏻❤️ She is quick, skilled, knowledgeable, incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous. And PERFECT pedicure by Lena: such a perfectionist, wonderful peaceful kind energy, very gentle hands, and gives great leg massage. 💐❤️ Huge variety of colors. They are great at fixing nail cracks or breaks. Prices are excellent value I was really surprised. Parking not bad! Everybody is warm, cheerful, kind, collaborative, and so professional. I love the cheerful positive vibe here! This is my 5th visit in 2 months! I've lived in this area for years and have been searching for a nail salon that I can call home and come to for everything and I finally found it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My last review wasn’t good because I was disappointed that my nails started chipping and polish was coming off. But Elaine got in touch with me and Brian the owner wanted to make it right, which he absolutely did. I was pretty disappointed because nails are not cheap and Brian personally did my nails and wanted to make sure I was happy with them. He did not charge me which I greatly appreciated, however I still gave a tip. I am very happy with my new set and he did exactly what I wanted. He held no animosity over my review, he was very kind and made sure that I walked out happy with my nails, simple and elegant. Thank you so much Brian!

I try to not write negative reviews ever because I, too work customer service, but this is the first and last time I will be coming here. The front desk woman was super friendly and helpful, but I got my nails done by an older gentleman and had a less than ideal experience. While he was friendly enough, the dip manicure was sloppy and painful. He ground my nails down very far and haphazardly did the dip, that kind of went everywhere. The whole service was uncomfortable and lasted over an hour and when he was almost complete he used the cuticle trimmer and painful filing to take off any color adhered to my skin. The nails don’t look great in the end either. Bummer!
