Tulip Nails

They are under new ownership (for those of you that don’t know) and this is my second time back after a referral and I am so grateful to have found a nail tech who specializes in unique nail art. At the end of my first appointment, I couldn’t wait to come back for my next set. I get a fill and pedicure every time and these ladies are SO thorough, attentive, and kind. I am so relaxed in the environment they create, and always greeted with a warm welcome!! Thank you so much for making my day and taking my insane nail requests. I get so many compliments!!

After being a loyal customer for over two years, Commuting 35 minutes per appointment and being in their salon faithfully every two weeks we were completely let down today. I bring my 91 year-old client in to do her nails and toes here they always catered to us so respectfully. I even get my nails and toes done as well ,paying over $200 at a time bot both of us. You would think there would be a little more respect and appreciation from a business, and much better customer service to your loyal customers ,not booking you at 2 o’clock, and then when you come in telling you, there’s a two hour wait along with being snippy and rude on the phone. It just doesn’t make sense. I hope they consider working on customer service for individuals. Not only that!, telling someone they only accept cash

Jenny is such a great artist! She took care of me today and made sure our entire interaction was amazing. It was so comfortable, calm, and pleasant. We spoke, got to know a little bit about each other, and she helped me pick out a color when I was indecisive- with no rushing at all. Not only is she kind but her work is great. I wanted a butter yellow color for my pedicure and she made sure I got just that- no bubbles, full nail trimmed and maintained with a cleaning. ALL for $45. Are you kidding me? Prices like that aren’t around anymore. I’ll for sure be coming here on Wednesdays (when she’s there) just to have the pleasure of Jenny’s work.
