Restorative Massage & Bodywork

I booked a massage with Relaxing Restorative Massage for my birthday because of the great reviews, but I was honestly a little nervous since I don’t usually get massages. I told my massage therapist Aura how I felt, and she was really kind and reassuring. She explained that massage therapists follow professional and ethical standards to prioritize client safety and respectful care, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. The whole experience was very relaxing just perfect for what I needed for my birthday. Aura asked about my health history and what pressure I preferred, and the massage itself was amazing. Afterward, she even gave me stretching tips to help with tension, which I’ve started doing in the mornings. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterward. I would definitely go back

I needed a massage due to having a physical job and having some upper back pain. Yelp highly recommend this place amongst others in Monterey county. Carlos was my massage therapist and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Such a nice reset. It’s been 1 week since I’ve had the massage and I’ve noticed increased range of motion and flexibility. You gained a repeat client. 10 out of 10!

Yesterday was my first visit with Roxy. I had a little trouble locating the office, but that was most likely on me. Once inside, the space was very comfortable and welcoming—I especially loved all of the green plants. I had filled out a questionnaire beforehand detailing my areas of concern, and Roxy was clearly well-prepared and attentive, addressing all of my needs during the session. I was especially pleased that I felt great the next day and not overly sore, which can sometimes happen after a deep tissue massage. I’m very much looking forward to returning for my next appointment.

Pat Carlos was amazing. He asked what I was looking for and he explained what he would do. The massage and environment was relaxing and just what I needed to help my body feel less tension and more relaxed. Xochitl was very helpful upon entering and leaving the facility as well. I will definitely be back.
