First impressions upon walking in: beautifully and simply decorated. Smells great. Was greeted by someone instantly. Very clean and relaxing. Had a hydrafacial and lash lift/tint with Nikki. She was amazing. The facial was super relaxing and she even suggested I change my facial to the hydra after looking at my skin. This was less expensive than the one i originally booked so it felt as though Nikki really cared about service rather than trying to upsell. After a few skin care related questions Nikki started my facial. Many times I get a facial and the esthetician will explain every product and kind of "sell" it while they are applying it. Personally, I enjoy no talking during a facial and being able to be fully relaxed. Nikki created such a nice atmosphere that I think I even dozed off
