If I could give worst stars I would!! I’ve complained before because every time I’d do a walk in service they never were available even when it was completely empty. Now today 8/15/25 I tried calling. Someone answered the phone only to hang up. I tried calling back at least 5 time and phone keep ringing… then I dialed from a blocked number and they answered again.. straight games they play.. and to top it off, I was outside their establishment and noticed nothing but male customers coming out of there.. no females on site.. do they not service women..? Are they looking for “happy ending”? Idk 🤷

Great until they tried to strong arm me to pay 30% tip

I use to love this place … Beware of Selena. I went for an hour message once paid 60 bucks and the massage only lasted 10minutes because she forgot about a massage appointment she had with someone else. Never got my money back she said she will make up for it another day and she never did. Went a year later, in the end of the 30minute massage I realized her name was Salena the same person from a year ago. I tipped her 20 bucks and she got very mad that it wasn’t more told me to never come back. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Massage is ok. Place is clean. They charged $60/hr. What pissed me off are the following: 1. They hounded me for tips. Exact quote: “Massage is $20 tip, ok? $20.” So I had to raise my temper and haggled with them about tips. I do tip. But trying to ask for $20? Hubris. The massage is good but not that good to warrant $20. Besides since when does a provider ask for a specific amount of tip after being given one? What happen to a professional business conduct? 2. They charged $2 per credit card transaction. So I got charged $60 + $2 for the massage and $10 + $2 for the tip. The moment I stepped out the establishment I was so mad that all the relaxation from the session evaporated right away. Stay away from this place. Unprofessional business conduct.

Wow! I Just called and the woman that answered couldn’t hear me so she yelled “What!” I was so turned off, that I hung up on her. And went straight to give her a bad review. I never do this but I just couldn’t with her. If you run a business you think the woman would be educated enough to know how to answer a phone.
