Emmie is my all time favorite wax specialist. I just moved to California, so finding a good specialist for anything is always difficult. But I got lucky with her! Very professional. Makes you feel comfortable. She’s also the sweetest! She makes the waxing appt pleasant! (As pleasant as a wax can be, lol)

I haven’t waxed my eyebrows since I was 12 so I was nervous but Sophia made me really comfortable and it did not hurt much! Really recommend her! She cleaned up my eyebrows so well and even thinned them out to my desired width.

Sophia is a gem. Visiting family in Chino and from out of town. The convenience of having a wax pass is awesome and ofc going to get waxed when this isn’t your usual location is somewhat of a daunting task. Literally just went on Google and looked up reviews, I saw multiple highlighting Sophia. So I booked with her and she was so great, I’m so glad I went with her 🤩 Whenever I’m visiting again, I will gladly book with her again. She was gentle, took her time and didn’t rush. She also was great at conversation, it didn’t feel like she was forcing conversation. Also, I was NOT looking forward to getting waxed after waiting months (long hairs x Brazilian, IYKYK 😭) but she made it as pleasant as possible. Sophia is so sweet and omg I love this place but I get all stress out about it as it painful for me !! But ever since she been doing it I swear I don’t feel pain , I still feel it but I don’t know if her hands / technique but it’s not painful !! Love the products also ! They really do work and smell amazing! Hubby approved !! If you have the same anxiety please schedule with her !!! 💕💕💕😘

Sophia was a great specialist! She prepped my skin well and was very thorough for my waxing, going over a couple tricky spots. Her personality is super kind and friendly, I'll definitely request her again for my next waxing.
