I communicated with the person helping me, twice, that I wanted the $30 pedicure. When it was all said and done, the woman asked for $45. I was thinking after the fact and I did have old gel nail polish on that needed removal... But if there was some extra fee for that removal, they didn't (but should've) communicate it with me before or after service. Being upfront with prices is an essential part of honest business.

I feel really sad leaving this review because I really wanted to love this location and have a relaxing experience. However, that was not the case. The reason this experience was unfortunate and not relaxing is because I was cut several time throughout my fingers and my toes. I got an acrylic set yesterday and a pedicure and both my hands and feet are sore and achy from all of the cuts I have (I have included images). I was charged $95 dollars for the acrylic set I revived, even though I was cut badly many times and the nails had a simple design. My pedicure was done slowly (which I did enjoy) but my toes were also cut and bleeding. My foot has been aching in my shoes all day. I paid $45 for this service. Which is fine for a pedicure I think, just all the cuts was not enjoyable. The last t

I stopped in on a weekday afternoon with my daughter to get manicures while on vacation. The ladies were incredibly kind and we had great conversation while they did a wonderful job on our nails. My little one has nails she can’t seem to let grow out but the ladies here did a fantastic gel manicure and placed designs on two nails, which have received many compliments. My nails were a dip manicure, which they then did gel topcoats on. I’ve never had my nails done this way before and I actually really love it. They’re not too thick and feel light. They also look great. I was also fairly surprised at the pricing. I come from out of state and pay quite a bit more where I live currently. We visit chino hills fairly often and I’ll definitely visit this shop next trip.

This is my 4th time at this location and every time I’m so happy with my nails. Staff is super friendly and the quality of their work is amazing, especially since their pricing isn’t real expensive. Today I got a gel application for the first time instead of acrylics, and I am in love.
