New Posh Polish Nail Salon

Came here to try it out since it’s new and I heard great things about their original location. Customer service was lacking, the nail techs were aggressive with the nippers and cuticle pushers ended up causing an ingrown nail. The pedicure was uncomfortable for both my mother and I because of it. A week later, I’m still dealing with pain. Really wanted to like this place as the prices are reasonable but never again.

Brogan was my nail tech and did an amazing job! I tried something new and got the Gel X nails and a different shape than usual. She educated me on the difference from acrylic and the Gel X and really took her time on the nail prep and polish. I absolutely love how my nails turned out! This was my first time at this salon, and it was very clean and had a great vibe. All workers were friendly and greeted me when I came in. Highly recommend this nail salon!

LOVED my experience here! The nail tech did an excellent job! Her attention to detail was outstanding! And the price is at or below what you would expect. The shop is brand new and very cutesy. My new go to!

Checked out the New Posh Polish Nail Salon in Westfield. They have two locations, but this is their newest one. Dee did my dip nails, and she did an incredible job. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect! I also got a free gift for visiting for the first time. Pricing was also great! Highly recommend!

THE LAST PICTURE IS WHAT I ASKED FOR. I usually go to the ditch road location but decided to try the new one since it’s closer to me. I understand the location is new but there was one other customer when I arrived and they seemed very flustered to have me walk in. First off my pedicure was ok. I got the organic pedicure, he did not remove calluses nor file my toes the same length and left polish on my toes. When he started on my hands he quite literally took a drill to each for 2 seconds then started putting tips on with no nail preparation. I asked him after I realized he didn’t prep to please prep and cut my cuticle. He cuts and puts oil on my cuticle then applies the acrylic so care free getting it all over my fingers and smudging 4 with his arm and arm hair and didn’t even go back an
