Henry the owner was beyond amazing. My son is 4 and this was his very first actual haircut. He has severe anxiety and fear of getting his haircut and because of that he has never had a complete haircut due to thrashing/screaming. Henry was beyond words amazing and made Luca feel comfortable and talked throughout the haircut with him. The atmosphere was relaxed and and everyone there was great as well. Life time customers of this establishment and from one dad to another Henry, I cannot thank you enough for breaking through the barrier of fear my son has had. I usually don’t have a day off during the week so I’m not able to make it over to True Cutz! But I luckily had a shot today! Aaron did not disappoint! Great cut. Hopefully I’ll be able to take more Tuesdays off so I can head over more often! Thanks! 10/10

I had an unfortunate experience with Tru Cutz Barber. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment with Benjamin Gutierrez, I noticed a strong odor that I personally found concerning and felt uncomfortable proceeding with the haircut. Based on that discomfort, I chose not to continue with the service. Despite arriving for my appointment, I was later marked as a no-show on Booksy, which I believe does not accurately reflect what occurred. I was present and made a decision based on my comfort level. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and felt it could have been addressed more professionally.

I was directed to Tru Cutz by a close friend and upon entering I see that they were running a back to school backpack drive for the kids I only came for a haircut, but I left a (more handsome) dedicated client to this barbershop The level of care was so top tier, I didn’t feel rushed, but the most beautiful thing about my visit was seeing the way that each barber, and the shop itself, branded itself with the kindness of giving to kids in need. Just based on that alone I’ll be coming back, I guess it’s just a bonus I’m the freshest looking kid on the block

Incredible experience and amazing results. Damien was patient and highly skilled. The environment was relaxed and comfortable. My kids aren’t the easiest customers. I’m very happy with everything.
