Trendy Nails

So last minute on a Sunday, Helen, who did a fantastic job by the way, fit me in. I asked for a full set in between medium and short. Showed her a picture of what I wanted but more blended into each other and the picture was a square and oval mixture but she must’ve known I love a subtle coffin shape. A castle lavender with a light pink nude ombré. And boy did she deliver! Thank you so much! When I need a fill or anything I’ll def be going back to her!

I love this nail salon! The atmosphere is so nice with plants everywhere and always so clean. The pedicures are therapeutic almost because she keeps me from getting ingrown toenails grown toenails again. Also, I bring in pics from Pinterest and always get what I want. I’m a very satisfied customer!

This place was a huge disappointment. The work was sloppy and rushed, with uneven shaping and polish all over my cuticles. The final result looked unfinished and nothing like the photos this salon posts online. When I pointed out the imperfections and asked for them to be fixed, the tech refused to correct the work. Things escalated quickly — I was cursed out and recorded, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. For what I paid, the quality and treatment were unacceptable. If you’re expecting work that looks like what’s advertised or basic respect as a customer, go somewhere else.

I was highly satisfied with my experience! The customer service was great. It was a nice positive and friendly environment! I would definitely recommend and continue to go back! Thank you so much for your hard work ladies!

I ask the young lady if she could do me a simple French Tip but instead of white could she do brown she look at me in said I was never doing that design after I show her the picture of what I want. She was very argumentative. I’m never going back there again. The brown is what I ask for in the pink is what she did. That was my second time going there in it seem like every time I go there it’s a problem. The young lady is very rude she didn’t try to accommodate me or help me pick out another color. You should never treat your customers like that. I work hard for my money I just want to get my nails done. In be happy with the results.
