Jamie was fantastic! A top notch above any hair stylist I have ever had, and I'm 67! She listened to my idea for a style, and even topped that! She has a great personality, sense of humor, and most of all explained how to dry it myself, hold the brush, and thoroughly sold me on the volumizer spray and how to use that as well! She is quite an asset to the staff! I will be back now as her steady client for sure! PS: Jamie my husband loves it too! Thanks again for your kindness and skills!

I asked for a trim but what I got was the worst cut ever! I can't see with my glasses off so when I put my glasses on, I was appalled. I had no hair! I look like a boy. I chose not to make a scene. I paid and cried all the way home. This is the worst cut I've ever had. I shouldn't have paid for it. But I was so embarrassed how I looked. Caren Judy

My son and husband both got haircuts and were satisfied with the results. However, the pricing was very disappointing. When booking the appointments online, prices were clearly shown, and that’s what we expected to pay. After the haircuts were finished, we were charged double the listed online price. When we asked about the discrepancy, we were told that online prices are not the same as in-store prices, which makes no sense..especially since booking requires selecting a service with a displayed price. We weren’t informed of any price difference beforehand. It wasn’t worth arguing in the moment, so we paid, but we won’t be returning due to the lack of pricing transparency. Also one lady was nice.. the other needs a lesson in customer service. She was unwelcoming and unapproachable.

I didn’t find them to be very professional or experienced, and the tools they used seemed cheap. The haircut I received was uneven in some areas and honestly looked terrible. When I asked for a blow-dry, they didn’t even use a concentrator nozzle like most salons do. At that point, you might as well pay a little more for better quality elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment. Every other salon I’ve been to includes a proper blow-dry with a nozzle attachment as part of the service.

Amazing service every single time. My hair and brows always come out perfect, and she’s so easy to trust. Quick, talented, and consistent I always walk out feeling like a new woman
