EDIT: Owner replied with explanation, handling things and it is much appreciated. Hair cuts here are great. Service is awesome. We’ve recommended family and friends to see Erick as well as the other barbers being loyal customers. It truly is a good establishment. My issue is with the guy in the first chair and what occurred today. I have always went to this barbershop with my children or as a family including my husband. He made a comment to my husband after I walked out asking about “the big guy” (along those lines) I’ve gone in there with before. Not only has this never happened, but it was said in front of my child, other clients, other barbers and we live in a small town where reputation is important. My husband asked for a burst fade and to leave the mullet in the back. Unfortunately, that’s not what he received. The barber only shaved above his ears with no actual fade, and cut the back short, leaving barely an inch of growth. It was disappointing, especially since he was clear about what he wanted. To make matters worse, the owner made disrespectful comments in Spanish, including, “Careful, I think the Americans understand.” For the record, my mother is Puerto Rican. Before judging people or making assumptions, remember that everyone who walks into your shop deserves respect — and that where you choose to work makes you just as American as the rest of us. Very disappointed in both the haircut and the attitude.

Your coworkers maybe first language Spanish but you do business in USA . Leave coworkers first language at home . Wait until Live Oak get more Barbershop. You will have no busines if you dont change your bad customers services I hate putting a negative review. This place is Garbage. Customers service is Horrible. Never tell a customer that you cant help . Your appointment sucks too I have no issues with people communicating in another language that is not the official language of USA . English. The problem arise . When Barbers talk about a customer right in the face of the customer in Spanish. Customer couldn't understand what the 2 barbers where talking about the customer. I was in Live Oak with the National Guard after Hurricane Helene. Many of us Guardsmen came in for the storm so fast we didn’t have a chance for haircuts. I found this place and brought a few of my guys at a time to get their haircut. After the haircuts they refused to let us pay. A great fade. They took their time and took care of my guys but wouldn’t even take a few bucks. Awesome place.
