Hannah is the BEST!! Patient, professional and kind. I’ve been a customer at Tracy’s for over 20yrs (On and off) I’ve moved several times but find myself returning to Tracy’s for my gel mani/pedi. Most of the technicians are good except my last experience before Hannah was disappointing :( The tech rushed, left me with big square nails even though I asked for oval/almond shape, the acrylic was way too thick and she coughed continuously while watching a program her phone—all bad!! It’s the first time in 20yrs that I chose not tip a tech. Hannah to the rescue and just like that I’m back to being a loyal customer for many more years to come! Thanks you MiMi and husband for keeping the shop clean and drama free for decades ☺️

AWFUL SERVICE!!! I’ve never had such a bad experience with getting my pedicure done. I even asked to speak to the manager and yet nothing was done when I asked them to fix my pedicure. Please someone tell me I am wrong.

This isn't the cheapest nail salon but absolutely the best VALUE in the area. Plan to pay a bit more than the average, but expect extensive services included. I've always been happy - plus new pedi chairs too

I've been comming to this location for YEARS. I love the location because of the to convenience my office..but I much rather visit my springfield location or even closer the one in Rivertown. Unfriendly, and rushed. I still paid 115 plus tip.. Her work was meticulously done..perhaps this is the new norm.

I do not know how they have a 4 star rating. The heavier female technician gave me an attitude TWICE when I asked her to fix the polish on my toes because there were bubbles. She cut my finger several times when she was trimming my cuticles. She does not know how to shape nails. One side of my pinky was square, the other side was rounded. I asked her to please fix it and she gave me attitude again. She failed to correctly shape my nails (See pics). I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON AGAIN. They also need an inspection because that place is not very clean. You get what you pay for.
