Once I sat in her chair, she took the time to consult with me about the best service to achieve my desired look. She carefully washed, conditioned, and steam-treated my natural curls. It had been a while since my last trim, and she shaped my hair perfectly while still maintaining my length before moving on to my silk press. My silk press was sleek, full of body, and incredibly shiny — and most importantly, my hair still felt healthy. Her expertise is evident in every step of her work.
