This is a wonderful black owned beauty supply store. A hidden gem in our community. The owner & all the ladies are very professional & knowledgeable of all the products they have in stock.

My new beauty supply! Came here to get some lashes and clips for my locs! It’s nice and neat in the store. Customer service is amazing! It feels great to be able to really relate to the employees there. When I walked in the lady at the the register greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her I need loc clips, I wasn’t certain of the exact name at the time. simultaneously we both laughed and said “ like the ones in my/your head” Wonderful to be able to shop comfortably and not feel like someone is watching you constantly like the other beauty supply stores! The only con is that they are still building their inventory so you may not find everything, but the more we support, the faster the process of getting a larger store will be ! I’m excited for their growth!

I had an amazing experience visiting this store! I wish I got the young woman's name who helped me (brown skin, short hair) but being new to the relaxed community, she really took the time to ask questions to figure out what I needed and gave amazing product recommendations. I'm all for black-owned businesses and choose to pass at 2-3 other beauty supply stores just to visit this one. Very happy with the items I purchased the money I saved!

I discovered this store within the last 5 months. The ladies that work there and the owner and polite, friendly and helpful. I really enjoy getting all our hair products from there for the whole family. I last visited yesterday (Oct 26, 2023) and I had the best experience. The lady working there was so helpful and showed at least 3 different brands of what I was looking for. I ended up buying more stuff and was introduced to more products.

I had a wonderful time at Envy Us Beauty Supply. The staff were so Friendly and helpful. They spent time with me and did not rush me and gave honest opinions on the wigs I tried on and I tried on a lot of them. They have a great selection. I purchased one and wore it today and received so many compliments! I will be back. Thank you Envy Us for bringing your store to Fort Washington, MD!!!!
