Don’t get me wrong. I love this place. My issue is when they get new staff constantly or at least someone I haven’t seen before who massages me and they do a horrible job which like go ahead do a horrible job but don’t expect a massive tip Your tip will be the surcharge you charge my card…… And even with a decent tip plus surcharge, they have the audacity to yell “ that is it !!?ugh” as they roll their eyes very unprofessional. Which honestly is a common thing they’re always looking at the tip and they treat you accordingly like v ghetto.tips are earned not given.

Today I stop by and the place super clean and smell good , I had Nikki and wow I had too many massages but really this one was the best massage I had and I would give her more than 5 star if I can , Thank you Nikki and I will be back .

The staff here at Total Relax Spa in Tulsa treated me so well. Very Elegant and nice. Highly recommend

First and LAST time here! My boyfriend and I went to a couple's massage, we were greeted by some rude asian woman who was very short with us, just went to the prices with no details of the service or anything. They made us pay upfront for the service which is already unusual. The same lady from upfront did the massage for my boyfriend and was quite bad. The lady who did mine was mediocre. At the end of the massage we left a tip (which was generous for a bad massage) and the rude lady immediately complained that our tip "wasn't enough," and demanded that we tip more. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Truly, SKIP THIS PLACE.

What a gem! Visiting for 2 days & booked via email a 90 min deep tissue couples massage for morning after our arrival. Manager Lisa was highly responsive. Enter from the parking lot side & place is Clean, clean, clean! Jenny & Emily are angels, checking in about the appropriate level of firmness/softness. They worked out our travel knots so well we booked the same relaxing experiences again for our 2nd day! Only wish we lived locally. Highly recommend!
