Joe was exceptional. He paid close attention to my preferences and delivered a fantastic haircut and beard trimming. I had an incredible experience at this barbershop. It's undoubtedly the best barbershop in Orange County. The ambiance is fantastic, and the service from the front desk to the end is top-notch. My stylist, I wish I could give them 10 stars; they truly deserve it

While they don’t take walk-ins, I was able to make a same day appointment for a boy’s haircut with Jimmy who was fantastic to work with. He listened to what my son wanted, was incredibly personal, and did a stellar job. We also learned about their sustainable line of hair care products and packaging. It was such a refreshing experience and we’ll definitely come back when we visit OC.

I just had my haircut after a long time. With my hair changing and thinning I have been hesitant on where to go. Dear Charlie has such a welcoming atmosphere, with a nice gentlemen at the front who greets you with a big smile. The wait was just as comfortable as the service. Jimmy was my stylist and he listened to me when I told him what I was looking for, and he took my concerns about my thinning hair into his artwork. During the process he was such a gem to talk to and get to know. Jimmy also educated me about my hair and shape of my head so I can continue to get the same quality of styling on my own at home. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced a salon and stylist at this level of exception. I personally have found my new spot to go for my hair needs. I refuse to go anywhere els

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered a coffee and water. The place is really clean and the aesthetic is unique. Joe my stylist is the best at what he does. He’s a true professional. I have always been picky about my hair and when I found Joe I truly felt blessed. ( I love my hair) lol. Joe is extremely welcoming and understands what I ask for with my haircut. Joe is detailed and is an expert with the scissors. (I prefer a scissor cut). Overall if you truly love your hair, dear Charlie is the place to go!

Dear Charlie, Your aesthetic and vibe is clean and stylish. The board welcoming your clients by name is a great touch, feels so personalized. Alec is absolutely the best and is extremely knowledgeable on all things style and hair (he’s been doing this for years) which is perfect for the guys. They can just sit in that chair and enjoy the experience. My brother sat there and said, do whatever you think is good for my head shape and he was absolutely thrilled on how he legit understood the assignment. He also got his beard trim and he left feeling fresh and more confident than he already was. Thank you so much, Alec! Carlos is also top notch and has 20 years in the industry under his belt. You definitely can trust them both with all things hair and beard ‍ 10/10 recommend.
