I been going 2 a store here in Lincoln cause I thought they were the only wig spot available. The customer service was amazing where as the other place they treated me like crap, they want u in and out and watch u like a howk, then they r very rude over little things in which they will continue 2 bring up. Total image was so respectful and helpful and wanted me 2 walk out of there looking good. Kelly talked with us 4 at least 45 mins or more and now she will have a customer 4 life. Kelly was awesome. Looking forward DD 2 going 2 c her again very soon.

Both Eye and Tamana are so friendly. I felt like I could’ve stood around and talked to them for a long time because of how welcoming and authentic they both were. My eyebrows needed some extra TLC after a long hiatus and they looked amazing after Tamana worked her magic. Booking appointments is flexible and easy. I will definitely return.
