Total Hair Experience Salon

PLEASE DON’T COME HERE I never write reviews, however, my sister and I were treated very badly. I took my little sister here to get a balayage for her birthday. We showed the stylist (Patrick) what we want and when he was finished. I realized the color of the hair did not change at all, it was still brown. He said once we go outside it will be more noticeable, so I trusted him and I left. As soon as we left, we realized that it’s still brown. We came back 20 minutes later and he refused to fix her hair or refund us anything. So basically, I paid $400 to bleach my sister’s hair and make it brown again.

You ever go to a hair stylist and ask them for their opinion only to receive the vague response, "What ever you want, sweetie." UGH, it's the worst! I'm so glad I found T.H.E because that NEVER happens. They are professionals and will help you decide on the hair color or style that's best for you. My two favorite stylists are Bryan McSweeney and Alexis Collins but I'm sure any stylist at T.H.E will not disappoint. These guys work as a team, I've seen two hairstylists work together on picking the right color and style for a costumer; not because the stylist was inexperienced, they were able to combine their knowledge to the benefit of the costumer.

Horrendous haircut by Zoe. I need to wear at hat for 2 weeks because she cut it so short I look like a boy cut. I feel I need to compensated my $70. Spoke to owner and he said I could get a free style next time. That will be a few months from. I have had positive experiences with Celeste, lily and Patrick but I am embarrassed to leave the house.

This is my second time going to this salon, and Lily was so good to my hair! I just knew I wanted a trim, she recommended what to do with the rest of the haircut and it came up just right. Thank you

Both myself and my adult daughter have recently had total hair experiences at *the* salon. Every stylist - and the owners - were very knowledgeable about their products and the differences of our hair. Celeste squeezed me in last minute. In my short 20 minutes with her, I learned that I've been *not* taking care of my hair and scalp my entire 52 years. Incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell. Lily graciously gave my daughter a brand new look (short notice again and on a Saturday). My daughter's hair was past her bum. Now it's just below her shoulders. It looks so healthy. Her words: "Played with the hair cut more and absolutely love it! Lily did a phenomenal job!". Again, so very much knowledge!
