Fantastic place. I've been coming here to get my haircut for the past two years. I used to live in Bethel but still make the drive from the North Hills to come here every couple of months. The place is privately owned and operated. They used to be known as John's Barber shop but recently rebranded themselves as Top Tier Barber. Everyone is very thorough and careful. They make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a hair cut, but that might change as they draw more customers. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, old school barber in the area.

Pricing is fair however one of the barbers does what they want for your hair and disregards what you asked for not even doing close to what you want. Even with comments mid-cut made asking to not have hair cut your voice is disregarded. Will not return.

I love the way the lady who does my hair does it she's there Mondays and Fridays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll see her either October 20th or 24th

A great cut of hair from great staff. I walked in the first day and Vince knew how I wanted my hair cut before I even told him. He dove right into conversation and I was expecting that to extend the time of the cut, but he was done in just a couple minutes and it looked great. This guy doesn't miss a beat. His experience definitely shines through in his barbering and conversing. Be sure to ask him about all the places he's worked and lived!

Twice now I’ve showed up here at noon (12pm) on a Tuesday to get a hair cut. Both google and the sign on the door show they open at noon. I stood here for 15 mins both times and called three times with no answer. The first time (three weeks ago) I gave the benefit of the doubt and came back later in the afternoon; I was told the person who was supposed to open had an emergency. This time there are three of us waiting outside and we all left. I won’t be back again. Either update your hours online and on your sign accordingly or open when you say you will.
