I recently started getting waxed as well as moving across the city at the same time. I had just found my waxer who I LOVED in Murrysville (Angela) and was a little nervous to try someone else. Saw allllll the reviews for Kenna and thought I'd give her a try. Best decision I made!!! She was very chill and so incredibly easy to talk to. Literally felt like I was hanging with a friend. Not only was she awesome to chat with she also did a fantastic job!!! Whatever technique she uses she has down to a T. The wax felt seamless and not as painful ESP when it came to painful parts. 10/10 recommend Kenna!!!

Angela is the best. She takes her time and makes you feel so comfortable. Never had a bad experience. Also, love the girl at the front desk. She is so freaking nice and always down for a conversation while I wait. I don’t know her name. But I absolutely love her glasses

I had a phenomenal experience at European Wax Center. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in—the front desk staff was so friendly. My wax specialist, McKenna, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel extremely comfortable and brought such great energy and a positive vibe. I will definitely be back!

The whole staff was very Professional. Lucy was great. I will Definitely recommend her. She didn’t do a lot of talking while doing my wax, but she was great I will be back to see her.

I’ve been seeing Miranda as my wax specialist since I started coming to EW in Bethel Park for almost a year. I came to look at reviews to see if I could find someone who I would be comfortable with and after seeing multiple good reviews about Miranda, I decided to go with her. I’m very happy with that decision. Getting a wax can make you feel very exposed and uncomfortable but with Miranda I feel the complete opposite. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She converses with me the entire time, keeping my mind occupied during the process of the waxing. She does a very good job with making sure she removes all of the hair and leaving no left over wax on me. She’s quick and efficient and always does an amazing job. I would recommend her to anyone.
