I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle for my eldest son’s wedding, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience. I’ve been a long-time customer of Charise’s (too many years to count!), but this was my first time with Michelle—and she was phenomenal. I’m not really a “makeup kind of girl,” and I have very curly hair that I wanted straightened for the big day. Michelle took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She was so particular and meticulous—my satisfaction was clearly her top priority. She even suggested blowing out my hair the day before for the welcome party so she could make sure everything looked perfect for the wedding itself. Horrible experience at this place for my BRIDAL hairstyle trial and for MY WEDDING day. The day of the trial the hairdresser MICHELLE tried to do the hairstyle that I wanted and it was glam waves and a half up half down. She DID NOT KNOW how to do these waves, I showed her a couple of videos and she told me that she would investigate more but I was still super insecure. Three days before I sent her a message where I asked her if she was prepared and if she felt confident and she said yes, I arrived on MY WEDDING day AT 8:40 AM and it was a complete disaster, first she made some waves on the sides that looked VERY BAD, she never did the glam waves like I asked her to and then she just combed my hair and used the curling iron again with heat to try to make it look curly, my hair is black and

I’ve been getting my hair done by Michelle Natto at Charise’s salon for over 15 years. I still remember our first appointment. Michelle did such a fab job that it was the first time I left a hair salon and didn’t need to restyle my hair when I got home. She excels at explaining exactly what she’s doing so you can re-create the style at home. And I always get so many compliments on my hair color. And if I’m asking for something that wouldn’t work with my type of hair, she’s honest enough to tell me. Michelle is the best stylist and a great person!
