I always love this place because the nail techs are so nice and attentive, especially Lili and Tom. However, the manager has been rude to me multiple times. Today, I arrived and asked for Tom, but since he was busy, I was willing to wait. While I was there, someone called, and the manager told them to come in because Tom was available—completely ignoring that I had already been waiting. This isn’t the first time she’s treated me this way. I keep coming back because of the great service from Lili and Tom, but the manager’s attitude is very disappointing.
