10/10 followed my reference photo flawlessly, took out painful ingrowns and really put their all into . Also great great people ! This is a gold chrome French tip, rounded stiletto shape :) thank you guys!

I got my nails done by the owner of the shop Haley is her name I literally go to work I’m a CNA I grab a cover and pull it up on the resident and the nail snaps. I call it when I get off work from an overnight shift the next day and ask her hey why does he celebrate this fast instead of her off in the free service for her bad quality nails, she said I usually charge $15 but I’ll charge you $8 to fix the nails so you mean to tell me I have to pay for your bad quality then she flips my words and say well you literally left out the shop and hit your nail on something I didn’t say that she over, talked me the whole time and the top it all off she told me no guarantees when you walk out of the door. Wow the worst service ever like I even tipped this lady DONT GO TO HER TAKE YOUR MONEY WHERE I

This place is horrible!!! I actually do not want to give any stars!!! I went in for a No chip pedi mani!!! The girl was rude terrible customer service!!! She tried to charge me an extra $10 for cleaning the extra polish from around my nails that should’ve been done anyway!!! After I told her I wouldn’t pay the extra money she told me to never come back to there shop!!! In which I had no plans on doing so anyway!!! The shop was dirty and all 3 employees were coughing and sneezing! My polish on my nails starts peeling off 4 hours after leaving their shop!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

They have a large variety of colors including no chip and dip polishes. If you want dramatic designs, this isn’t the place. Simple stuff, you’re good. The equipment was updated within the last 3 years throughout. This is a privately owned salon, open 7/week, and not affiliated with any other “Top Nails”. Cash is king! Credit cards are not the preferred choice of payment thanks to the scammers but will be excepted with a charge fee. They do eyebrows and other small facial wax hair removal well. The pricing is reasonable for services however there’s one licensed tech, the owner, so you can and will be rushed through if it gets busy with people wanting services using chemicals. She will give you a time frame which is good do you’re not just sitting waiting.

Holly is very rude and unprofessional. She is always understaffed. I made an appointment the day before, for my father’s memorial. I get there 5 mins before my appointment and she’s doing a full set on someone else. So I left, that was the last straw. She’s had other instances in the past as well which caused me to stop going to her. I would always come back due to her quality of work. I have now been going to Diva Nail Spa which is a luxury shop with the same quality, located right behind Top Nails. My response to Holly: I am not an AI, you know who I am. I left reviews recently starting with one company initially and decided while I was here to give reviews for my other experiences.
