Happy Nails

First time here and the service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. My granddaughter (7 yrs old) and I both had mani/pedi. My mani was no chip and I like the fact they have a 10 day guarantee. I was happy with the way they treated my granddaughter as well. I will come back again.

I’ve visited this nail spa before and usually had decent experiences but today was very disappointing. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and received what was basically the most basic service, steps like the leg mask and extended massage were skipped entirely. I also got a manicure while in the pedicure chair, but my cuticles weren’t clipped. My nails were just soaked, buffed, and painted, and the polish job itself was uneven. To make matters worse they told me my nails were dry and let me leave but two smudged shortly after, so now I have to go back tomorrow. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I typically stick to regular mani/pedis at my preferred salon, and after this experience, I’ll likely continue doing so.
