Helen is always a delight! She’s so reliable, whatever I show her or chat about, she always nails it! She’s super passionate about her art! Not only is she an amazing nail tech who truly cares about her craft and works quickly but she’s also incredibly friendly. I’ve never seen her upset and she always greets me with a smile. I highly recommend booking with her or any nail tech you find there!

Helen is THAT GIRL! always so funny and down to earth and no matter how ridiculous my nail request is, she’s going to make it happen. The Spa is always so clean and I love that they offer customer appreciation discounts if you enter your phone number. Do not walk RUN to Diva nails and ask for Helen

I’ve been here a few times everyone is always pleasant today in particular Helen took care of me and was very nice she made sure she understood what I wanted and did a great job. Thank you guys! I went to this salon with my mom and daughter thinking “I’ll just get a quick no chip mani and pedi before Thanksgiving…” big mistake! The lady who serviced me was obviously a rookie. She cut the cuticles on my toe so deep that it bled, filed my toenail crooked and then put nail polish on my fingers so thick that it looked like clumps of acrylic for $72!!! NEVER AGAIN!

What I wanted vs what I got. PLEASE stop telling paying customers that you know how to do a specific design when you don’t and then getting upset when the customer tries to correct you along the way. Almost everything about my nails are wrong from the design to the base color for the tips to the length of the nails. It’s even worse because I have a trip coming up and will not have time to get these fixed. Update: One of my nails ended up getting infected.
