Audra is incredibly talented and absolutely lovely to work with. I get so many compliments from friends and family on my hair. Audra's color work is phenomenal, her hair cutting is excellent, and her styling is head turning!

Really unprofessional experience today. I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:30am. Thursday it was changed to 8am (totally fine) morning of the appointment it was changed to 8:15am (again, not a big deal) I arrive at the salon at 8:15am- text my stylist that I’ve arrived. One minute later she texts me that she forgot the keys to the salon and won’t be able to take me until 2pm. Most unprofessional experience I’ve had in the service industry and disappointing since this place had such great reviews. If I could give zero stars I would.

I love this salon. Everyone is super friendly and I am always very pleased with the way my hair comes out. I have curly hair and Audra cuts it in such a way that it achieves great shape. It’s hard to find a stylist that can do that. Not only does Audra have great talent , but she as well as Alyssa and Michelle provide exceptional customer service. Thank you Ladies!

Audra isn't just another hair stylist. She exceeds excellence in every way, connecting with her clients and meeting them where they are at. She runs a tight ship and everyone, from the other stylists to the front reception respect each other and always have a smile on their face. I have cheated on Audra with some other hair dressers and I always leave thinking it was a mistake. If you want to look your best and for sure feel better about yourself, go snag a haircut and ask for Audra.

I want to thank Audra not only for saving my hair, but taking me on a same day appointment right before an important weekend event I had. My previous perm (with another hair salon) permed my hair completely flat... so I found Uncaged and reached out. I dont know much about hair care and have never done a perm before this instance in my life, and wasn't aware of the chemicals in the solutions and how it could burn my hair off and all that crazy stuff. As if I needed that after my unfortunate experience with the other salon. Audra reached out, found what solutions were used and as a precaution, did a test strand before diving right in. Keep in mind I had my hair permed flat literally the day before. If it wasn't for her expertise, attention to detail and kindness, I don't know what I'd do.
