I have been looking for a regular massage therapist in Portland for a long time. Haven’t quite found what I was looking for until now! I had my first massage with Karley today. It was magical! Her broad training in different methods really showed up. She used many different techniques, really listened to me, and made great recommendations. I feel so incredible now, a few hours later. She was also helpful in navigating my health insurance. I am booking another massage with her very soon. I’m so relieved to have finally found such a good match to my needs and preferences. After my first session with Karley a couple years back, I was hooked. She is very knowledgeable in where my specific body needs the most attention, as well as explaining why. She always fits me in quickly if I ever need immediate attention, and helps me with the after care to keep my body in top shape. You will not be disappointed!!

First started seeing Reflexologists in the Portland area when my plantars fasciaitis was impacting my entire day. No one was able to give me results like Karley. Within a few sessions I started to feel a difference. Today, I am pain free all thanks to her skills applied. She even gave me a few exercises for maintenance that really work. Would highly recommend!

Karley is awesome, been going to her for almost a year. Her techniques are top notch, she is always able to find the painful spots and work them out. Will continue to go to her as long as possible.
