Mindful Massage Milwaukie

Most recent: Aahh, I feel good! I had a massage yesterday and we focused on a few joint issues that had evolved since my last visit about a month ago. Yes, I'm a regular, because Linda is not just an ordinary massage therapist. She has a very intuitive and fluid way of working on the body, and can relieve pain and fix knots in muscles and joints in the gentlest of ways. I slept so well last night, and my knee and hip problem have been reduced to a shadow of itself! If you enjoy getting bodywork that is intuitive and not rigidly formatted, Linda has a lot to offer. My personal favorites are cupping and spontaneous muscle release, these help maintain my body in good working order for my physical job. Linda always makes me feel at ease and cared for. If I could see her every day, I absolutely would. She has a wide range of treatment options and oils/infusions to go with them. There's always one that just seems to be magically the perfect fit for wherever I am at. The massage itself is by far the best I've ever had. I've definitely had some weird experiences elsewhere when Linda is backed up and I just can't wait. Sometimes it seems like people are strangely unaware of how their movements actually feel on the body of the person getting massaged. There's so often a disconnect. But, with Linda, it always feels like she's in tune with my body and knows exactly where the pain is hiding out and always manages to put me to sleep while working out the issue. I adore this woman.

Linda creates a sacred space to administer her knowledgeable massage skills. It all added up to me being submerged into the divine healing that can transpire with gifted therapists, and I count Linda as one. I have chronic conditions, including arthritis, that respond well to gentle massage. I asked Linda to use SMRT (spontaneous massage release therapy) on me as it has been an effective tool in my healing, and Linda is a marvelous practitioner of this type of massage. Would not hesitate to recommend Linda.

Linda at Mindful Massage is fantastic. She is skilled at her craft and very professional. I felt comfortable and was impressed with the peaceful ambiance of her work space. The massage table is sublime - it has a gentle radiant heat and most comfortable I've ever been on. The pillow, wow, I forgot to get the brand name but I'll remember on next visit. (fyi, I got the 90 minute Lymphatic Drainage massage)
