Alex has really created a relaxing experience. The whole vibe in the studio sets you at ease. He listens and asks good follow-up questions to be sure you're on the same page before starting, and it really shows in the end. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I have long curly hair, he did an amazing job! He was thoughtful and paid close attention to detail. He didn't try to upsell me on products or pressure me into anything. He was very easy going and it was an overall relaxing experience.
