I LOVE MY EYEBROWS! It’s been about a year since my last eyebrow appointment with Tiff. They still look amazing like brand new! She is a perfectionist no doubt. I got the permanent powder tattoo eyebrows and I love them! I get so many compliments and people always ask me where to get this done so I send every single person I’ve ever talked to Tiff at Tip Top! Im sooooo picky when it comes to makeup and especially permanent makeup and I am just so happy I found her!!! Its right on my face so it’s super important to go to someone knowledgeable that cares about their craft, so I HIGHLY recommend if you want permanent eyebrows- GO TO TIFFANY!!!!!!
