I went to Nayley and am so happy I did! She has a talent! I have an extremely hard time relaxing, but she made it possible! Not too chatty, or quiet. Explains the process well. I have already rebooked! She’s wonderful!

Took a chance without any recommendations. SOOO glad I did. Exactly what I needed. If you have sore muscles causing issues with walking, uneven shoulders, headaches, sore feet or more- ask for Chuck and get the myofacial massage!! I did 2 hours and will most definitely be working this into my self care regular routine. My balance is better, my joints and muscles feel better and I am Already more flexible after 1 session.
