This was my first massage experience, and James Hodges was exceptional. He was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. What stood out most was the sense of mental and emotional calm I felt afterward. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and truly at ease. Highly recommend.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about James!! He actually takes the time to listen and tailors every session to what you need. I had knee pain for over 6 months, and now I can do a full squat again — huge win! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and effective. 10/10 recommend!!

James was AMAZING!!! I have never been SOOO relaxed during and after a massage. Before he got started, we discussed what was causing me soreness/pain, and where the tightness was. His massage technique felt better and was more relaxing and helpful for my soreness and tightness than any massage I’ve EVER had!
