Tip Toe Nails Spa

Been going to here for months now. Went in yesterday for sns, some guy I've never seen in there before does my nails, I kept pointing out issues with them and my concerns were not heard or listened to. I left thoroughly unsatisfied with my nails and will be going somewhere else today to have them fixed and will never step foot in this salon again. 35 dollars wasted.

DONT GO FOR WAX OF ANY SORT, I went to get my nails done and brows waxed for an event tonight, and the lady with pink hair took 3 hours for most basic design you could ask for, and didn’t even do what i asked. Added her own details and wouldn’t add something i asked for. Then she wax’s my eyebrows and messes them up. my eye brows are my prize possession, they were thick, had the perfect arch they were everything, i will now post before and after pictures. Place used to be good, went down hill, When I asked for the 10$ wax charge to be taken off, they bring up “there recorder back there we go pull it up” and i told them too, and they never did. got to the point i just paid THE 120!! charge and left.

The staff were excellent with my daughter who wanted to get her first professional manicure at an adult nail salon; since her number one choice Bubble Me Pink was unfortunately forced to close :-( I read mixed reviews on tip toe nails but decided to give them a shot and I was amazed by the staff, they were excellent with both my daughter an I, they were gentle and kind, I could not ask for a better experience we will definitely be going back.(I forgot to take a pic the day of but this pic is almost two weeks post manicure and still holding strong)

Me and a freind went here to get our nails done. For a manicure it was $15 per person. We both picked our colors and sat down. It was only after she was done did someone come over and do my nails. The person who did them did them in a rushed fashion and ended up scratching with her tools serval times. She could not open the polish I wanted and instead of asking a co-worker she went over and got a different blue polish. She then did my nails using a thin coat leaving them transparent in some areas (as shown below) I understand they where busy bit for the money paid I expected better service

I’ve een a long time (years) regular and usually love this place but several times I’ve had an appointment and had to wait 45 mins or longer while others are being serviced. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If this one issue was better, I’d have given a five star review.
