King Town Barber Shop

Old fashioned barber shop - just the way I like it. Straight razor and nostalgia. Keith was fantastic, great haircut and wonderful conversation.

Would give 0 if I could . Walked in to get my 9yr old sons hair cut. All chairs were taken but no one was waiting . We walked in sat down , no one bothered to greet us or say a thing. Really wanted my son to experience a barber so I smiled and waited 10/20 minutes and still nothing. We quietly got up and left . My husband called in and they greeted him politely. Only thing I can assume is because I was a woman in a man's barber shop. Wish things would have went differently but we won't be returning . So difficult to find someone to cut hair skillfully and be polite.

Brett did an amazing job with our child. He is not the easiest to cut with him squirming around. Brett had so much patience as well.

Very traditional barber shop. Walk in- sit on the bench if all the chairs are busy. Tell em what you want and they do a pretty good job getting it for you. Friendly and good convo. But most importantly good hair cut at a very reasonable price. I go here and take my boys too. Thank you gentlemen for your service!

I have been patronizing the King Town Barber Shop for nine years now and have never left disappointed. Robert Nelson is an excellent barber who does an excellent job every time I go. I always get a #3 on the sides with a regular short cut up top. Robert knows exactly what to do each time. I occasionally grow a beard and have gotten trims here too. Enjoy talking politics here as well. Best part is that it is only $18 for a haircut (though you will want to leave a decent tip; make sure you bring cash or a check). It is sad to see so many men going to places like Sport Clips or even women's hair salons and paying an arm and a leg for services they can get here for much cheaper and of much higher quality.
