Love Gloria and her shop! The business has had a recent renovation, and looks fantastic .Have been coming here for years and she knows just how I like my hair.

I’m writing this on behalf of my friend. We went here looking for an average haircut. I knew there wasn’t much to expect but being in Vail, I expected a decent cut. They really screwed him over and honestly I would consider it a war crime. They did him so dirty that he got no play for 6 months. I really wish I had the power to shut this place down because I would do so in a heartbeat.

Timberline does not even deserve one star. It was by far the dirtiest, filthiest barber shop I have ever been to. There was hair all over the floor by the chairs. I looked like the place hadn't been swept all day long. The seat was torn and dirty. There was hair all over the counter. The cloth they covered me with looked like it hadn't been washed at all. They used the same cloth for each customer, without even cleaning it. Who knows when or if the combs, brushes and trimmers were ever cleaned. Stay away, far, far away.
